In this session, we will for the first time publicly present the findings from our recent 2016 High-Impact Leadership industry study. The study is our largest leadership research effort to date, and its data are based on the responses of more than 2,000 global HR and Business leaders.

Our study found that the exclusive reliance on programs as the only means for leadership development is one of the primary reasons for the lack of leadership talent. Instead, the most successful organizations build leadership growth into their DNA by addressing three big themes: Organizational Design, Organizational Culture and Designed Leadership efforts.

In this webinar, we will discuss:

  • A selection of practices encompassed by the three big themes that have shown the highest correlations to organizational Leadership Maturity.
  • The new Leadership Maturity model, and the key characteristics of each level.
